REASONS FOR THIS NOTICE

Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic means;

d) the identification data of the data controller, data protection officers and persons in charge appointed in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects that may become aware of the personal data as appointed representatives in the state territory, as managers or persons in charge.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data;

b) the erasure, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including the data for which storing is not required in relation to the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) were notified, also with regard to their content, to the parties to which the data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this proves to be impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right to be protected.

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

The processing of data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the registered office of the Company and will be disclosed only to the parties responsible for carrying out the services necessary for proper management of the business relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party. Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller.

No data deriving from the web service is disclosed or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests for information (such as requests to receive informative material, subscriptions to newsletters, etc.) are used only to perform the service or to reply to the request.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED: BROWSING DATA

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website detect, during the course of their normal operation, acquire data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are not collected to be associated to identified subjects. This category of data includes IP addresses of computers used by users who connect to the site (in anonymous form, see the section concerning "Google Analytics" on this page or the page on cookies), URU (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters concerning the operating system and IT system adopted by the user. MANAGEMENT OF USER COMMENTS

Our website is managed through an Open Source CMS that allows entering user comments in the various pages. Comments are added by users on their own will. When a website user posts a comment to one or more other website contents – where comments are enabled – the system detects and automatically stores the data entered: e-mail address, website address, date, time and IP address of the device from which the comments have been submitted and the text of the comment. Of said data, the name, any website, comment, and date and time of submission will be publicly visible on the page where the comment is posted.
